Something coming out of mantis, please help

My favorite mantis had not eaten for a few days,and I found her just now lying on her side , missing limbs(the cricket must have gotten to her) and now I've noticed this weird white mass coming out of her rear end. Is there any way I can help her, or fix this? Or should I just euthanize her if she's in pain? (I was going to make prosthetic legs for her if this is heal-able). Please anyone who knows what it is reply soon, I really love this lil girl.  Sorry for the poor photo quality

I don't know about the thing coming out of her, but the missing limbs are not necessarily because of the cricket. I've had a female ghost mantis eating her own limbs for no apparent reason, she had food and everything went fine untill I woke up one morning to her eating her front claw.

That's a male and you're looking at his genitals that he no longer has control over. He's probably dying of old age.
