Lovely. I know you're experimenting, and I'm not a photographer but, looking at the first photo (really like that one) I would try to get the antennae in but crop out the dark area above the light strip. Tweak the composition a little. Maybe less foreground. Have the antennae carry your eye to the subject. I think you have the makings of something very cool.
