Spinies too lazy to molt?

I have 5 spines that are in 80 degrees temp, Eat like 10 fruit flies every other day, (They fat) and in a humid vented deli cup great for molting.

It's been 4 weeks since their last molt, should I worry? Im trying to boost their growth for breeding, and they are not exactly growing fast lol.

L2 I think. Might be L3. They are small and are black with white dots
