Greetings,  what kind of food can I get that will stay fresh for my stickbugs?

I have been feeding them wild strawberries, which they love, and oak. But I have been picking fresh leaves for them every few days which of course I can't do if I am not there. What are some plants that they will possibly eat that will stay fresh? I know they can eat things like bramble which I could get some, but what else do they eat?

I have tried looking for a list of stickbug foods but couldn't find one here.

And if I managed to find some baby oaks they usually don't last very long and wilt or die. I could get some wild strawberries but is there anything else?

Will they eat sassafras? I have a ton of them in my yard.

Any suggestions on how I can feed my stickbugs while on a trip?

Can you dig up some wild strawberry plants and put them in pots in the stick insect cage?
