Stringy White Worms in Isopod Culture?

I have recently found some of these in my isopod cultures, awhat are they? They are long, thin, stringy, and white. Are they bad? Why are they showing up in my cultures?

Wow! Now that I have a name attached, I did a google image search for better pictures than I could take, and it seems that is probably what they are. But what made them appear? And can they get out of control enough to damage my isopod cultures in anyway?

Well, they feed on decaying matter and thrive in the same conditions as isopods. They shouldn't be a problem.
