Is that the one that was hit by like 3-4 cars (i think some stopped, saw what happened and drove off) and passed by by people(who noticed and kept walking) before someone finally stopped and offered any kind of help. Where's the Human decency these days. People are afraid to do anything for fear of being sued...just for trying to help.

Yea that's the one. I think the driver who initially hit the girl eventually confessed and stepped forth but only to offer monetary relief from medical expenses. He didn't apologize and nothing seemed to bother him. It's such a terrifying video to come across but I guess it's good that it's getting some exposure..nobody deserves to endure something that traumatic
