Hi, Dave,It is newly hatchling. Eagle warrior gave me a dozen of them. Some people believe this species do not belong here in Taiwan, apparently it does! Or something else could be wrong.
Maybe because you have a big shipping port they may have been brought there by containerships.

Here in the port of antwerp they have found several species of not native spiders surviving the not so cold winters we have had the last years exept.this year it has been cold like normal .

A friend of mine who is a dockworker found some poison frogs in a container from s. america and ones there was a big iguana in a container and he was still allive under fed but allive.

Its a possibility.

Again, T. superstitiosa doesn't occur in Taiwan, or anywhere SE Asia, by the way. Most so-called records were misidentifications and confoundings with T. fasciata due to its elongated habitus.
