The Best Roach

Hi,

Winter is coming on and i know nothing about Roaches. I am going to need a starter set up as it was suggested to see my Shields through the winter. Peter from Bugesincyberspace said he would bring some by but never did that was a while back. Can anyone suggest witch are the best roaches for my Shields. Or maybe i should start of with Crickets.

I really only just got into roaches too, but always fed my sheild crickets, the dubias seem to be a nice sized species, all in different sizes can feed just about anything depending on the stage of growth they are in.

Dubias or lobster roaches are the best for mantids, but i would recommend lobster roaches.
