thermostat and heater

Does anyone know where to get one of those thermostats and hydrometers that has the wires that go in the enclosure and have a reading device that is outside the enclosure? And does anyone know how i can keep an enclosure at a steady 85 degrees without using a heat lamp or heat mat? I have heard of some type of tape that can do it.

i have a zoomed hygrothrem it is awesome i use it with flex watt heat tape. also bigappleherp has a greatthermostat but nohumidity control. the zoomed has 2 plugs to control heat and humidity at the same time, i got mine at petsmart for 50 bucks on clearance.
