I woke up to find three tiny bws have emergd from the ooth.Is this kind of slow hatch common for bws? Also they seem a little too small for fruit flies or am I wrong?

Give the nymphs a day or 2 before you feed them fruit flies and make sure they are the smaller ones and if nothing else comes out of the ooth but those few then odds are it may not hatch anymore or you need to maybe turn up the heat a little to help it hatch more if its still hatching anything!

Normally everybody will hatch at once with those. I'd just keep the ooth in there for awhile to make sure. They're not too small for fruit flies.

Got home from work yesterday to find about 100 had hatched out.Got up this morning to find anothr 30 or so more had hatched.Funniest thing,I found one of the little creepers in my kitchen this morning.I've put them into groups of 8 or 9 in the container pictured.Any suggestions would be appreciated.Like how do you get the fruit flies in with the mantids?

Thanx
