using plugged cups

got a simple question when using 32 oz cups to house nymphs and how would you mist them if you dont remove the lid but use side plugs for feeding?

Do you use the plugged hole the same for misting through as feeding or have a second plugged hole for that purpose?

I have feeder holes on some of the cups but still just open the lid gets the entire enclosure wet plus I like to let the mantid(s) walk around a bit.

I use the hole in the side for both. I rarely if ever open the lid.
