They Just like maggots the vents just look like tinny versions of the adults

I think the tiny worms are parasites. No idea if good or bad.

Maybe try adding springtails. They feed on mold and they love very humid conditions.

These Are So Amazing I enjoy mine Very Much I also dont see them eat but there food I find with holes as if all insides were sucked out LOL yummy yummy! I did see some tiny ones but these were not born with me I think just included in the package

Nothing much to see; plastic bin with screen lid, Exo-Terra terrarium substrate, moss, and a piece of bark.
