Wanted: Boxer mantis, other mantids

Looking primarily for nymphs of Hestiasula major, but also looking for other boxer species (not Otomantis, sorry).

Also looking for:

• Deroplatys desiccata/truncata,
  
• breeding pair P. ocellata
  
• Orchid mantis
