I am looking to obtain some U.S. mantids for an event late next month (Bugfest, www.bugfest.org). Donations for this event are welcomed whether they be live mantids, pinned mantids, or hatched oothecae.
In need of Stagmomantis species with the exception of S. carolina ( limbata, floridensis, etc).
I also need any of the ground mantids found in the U.S. along with grass mantis (T. graminis).
Lastly, also looking for FL bark mantis (G. grisea).
Let me know what you have and what you want for it. I would like at least one individual. Mantids can be shipped back to you after the event if you desire. I will pay for shipping, the animals, and if you need to collect them I will even pay you for your time.
