Weak / Dying ???

Hello ,

Need some help. Looks like my Orchid mantis is very very weak , I hope shes not dying. She's not adult yet, the wings just started to grow he molted 5 times so far. This weak is the time to molt for her.

Is there anything I could do at this point?

As far as I know the only thing you can do for a sick mantis is give it honey. Honey has antibacterial properties and is really the only mantis "medicine" we've got. Please be sure if you try this that you fine some unpasteurized and preferably raw unfiltered honey. The honey we usually get from say the grocery store is so processed and full of stuff that its not recommended to use for your mantis. Health food stores seem to be the best bet to find the pure stuff in my experience.

If she looks like she's suffering or struggling to survive, I would euthanize her in the freezer.. Try giving her some honey and see if the sugar helps
