What Is This Guy?

Hey all! I finally got a real, paying job at a rose farm. And yesterday, this little bug landed on my shoulder while I was watering. I thought he was adorable, and luckily I brought my camera to work and got some pics of this cute little bug.

I'm hoping someone will know what kind of bug he is.

looks like some kinda weevil to me :mellow: i got a box of something similar for my bearded dragons and they were weevils
