What mantis is this?

I found this in a thread in the Mantis photo section, all photo creds go to Bartek. Anyway I'm really curious if anyone knows what this species is? I can't wait till people start breeding this one.. Kind of obsessing over it. Anyway thanks in advance!

It's toxodera.. From what ive heard, their extremely hard to keep. I was told that someone was having a hard time even getting it to eat

Do you know what it is? I have one in my collection and it is labeled as Toxodera. If that is incorrect I'd like to change it.

Toxodera beieri does bear a resemblance to Protoxodera monstrosa

I believe a more prevalent curve in the thorax and slightly different 'leafy-projections' along with different color would yield an ID of Paratoxodera.

Just googled the Paratoxodera.. Very similar. One of the most beautiful things I've seen, too bad no one is breeding the Paratoxodera (I wonder if those are easier than Toxodera).

The mantids you see come up under paratoxodera on google are almost always incorrect. Unfortunately google is a bad resource for IDing mantids
