What in the peoples opinion are the most popular easiest to rear and dont have too many moulting problems or high mortality rates? <_<

Sphodromantis lineola is a very hardy mantis, high mortality is common with mantids that hatch loads from one egg mass but shouldnt need to be the same in captivity.

They are very tolerant of a lack of water too, skin sheds are easy unless some thing is very wrong, making them very easy to rear, they are a good size also :)

Acromantis formosana! they are the feistiest mantis i have ever kept and will actively chase down food EVERY time, i have never known them to catch food by sitting and waiting. they have big appetites and are brave, tackling food close to their own size (and easily at least their own mass). they can be quite thirsty at first instar but from then on are very hardy and can take a wide variety of conditions, even very infrequent/rare spraying does not cause mismoults. they also mate and reproduce with very little effort on your part. if it sounds like i'm selling them to you i'm not, i actually dont have any for sale right now or anytime soon, it's just a shame this seems to be an overlooked (oversaturated?) species with alot of character. and balls :p

Deroplatys sp are easy
This is much too generalized. D. desiccata is not a very difficult one, but D. lobata starts being not as easy and D. truncata and trigonodera are definitely not beginner species.
