Who do you remember?

I read the post and just reread one that Nick started on flies, seen old Phil on there, miss him, also when viewing new posts, I saw bugnapper and that name always reminds me of Rebecca "catnapper"! who remembers when we had all those Rebeccas on here?

Wow! That's funny Rebecca. I was just thinking of Phil, and Katnapper today. I was thinking of messaging them to see how they are doing? I do miss them. Phil was hysterical.

I miss Phil and his sharp witted comments as well, his inbox has been full for quite some time now, maybe I should try his reg email?

Sporeworld emails me out of the blue once in a while, when I last talked to him he said he's just taking a break for a bit and plans on getting back into it when he has more free time(he travels a lot), mostly just keeping a few phasmids that are less demanding for the time being.

I exchange emails with Phil now and then, but not nearly as often as we used to when he was in the hobby. I last heard from him in October. I sent him email around Thanksgiving and again on his birthday last week, but he hasn't responded.

I think about half of the people I sold mantids to in the past 1.5 years are no longer active on the forum.

I was actually wondering about that. About how long are most members active for? It seems like when I browse a thread from more than a year or 2 ago it's all people who aren't on here anymore (except for a handful of long time members).

I think life has a funny way of changing what your interests are and what you have time to focus on. I have visions of at least always having some Idolo around, but the truth is that probably won't happen, for now though I see me always having the mantis itch!
