Kind of overdid it a little as i have five religiosa mantis nymphs and just got my 2 vials of fruit flies and kind of put half of a vial in with my nymphs and wonder if that would be a problem. It looks as if everything is ok the mantids do tend to eat them but will the overwhelming numbers interfere with their molting or anything as i got them in a 32 oz cup!

It will be fine. Just skip feedings as long as you still see fruit flies in there.

Put a little honey on the lid of the container, or better yet a slice of fruit in the bottom, so that the flies don't starve. That would be a waste.

FF's shouldn't be able to knock down a molting nymph.
