so i have a couple ghosts, male and female that i picked up from Abuggn. each have their own circular insect enclosures i bought from petco, and have stock in there. As well as a paper towel that was spray with H2O of course. i want to know what else should i have in there, such as soil, or...

how long before the ooth is laid, anyone know? i out her in a smaller container, like 64oz or so, with some paper towel and a stick...is this enough? or should i put her in her regular 10 gallon cage w/ sticks paper towels, and a couple rocks. i was affraid she would lay her ooth on the screen...

well i have an adult female and a green adult male i received from peter. im really trying to get them to mate, but the male is very interested in running around and flying to my tan curtains. lol he approached her from the front and as soon as she caught he he ran away. he doesnt seem...

if i can remember, ill take pics...Yea, all the euro mantids ive seen around me have red eyes when it is around night time...its a dark red to a crimson color...

yea i know what you mean, its going to be sad when she goes...but i know her offspring will/should do fine. yes its a 10 gallon tank, however she only uses the top lol...its kinda rare to see her on the branches, unless there is some food down there, btu shes doing fine right now. do you know...

yes she is! she absolutely hates when i mist though, not sure why, i dont even get her wet but any who... if you can see her cage in the background, its glass and has a mesh top, she stays up there 90% of the time... has a pretty laid back personality, but does not like to be handled too much...

new to the forums, and am saying helllooo! im some what new to breeding mantis' but i have had them over the years as pets, along with a ton of other insects. looking to really start breeding them and raising them. if you guys have some nice tips that'd be great!
