Its a good deal! I purchased it myself. But be warned, the enclosure is quite packed and smaller than in the pictures. By the way, the starter package comes with an Egyptian Mantis. It used to come with a Ghost Mantis.

Ghost Mantis

Okay, sorry if I'm freaking out but my little baby molted and SHE FELL!!!!!! I picked her up by the old skin and let her finish her molt, now she's on her leaf, and she's not moving much. Will she be okay?!?!?!?

Rebecca sent me some mealworms, and without asking sent some SuperWorms, a cup of flies, and some other food for my mantis. She also threw in a few deli cups, mantis nursery, and a container. ALL FOR FREE!!! Thank you so much Rebecca!!!!

She ate yesterday, and took a bite I held up to her. She hangs upside down all day, so I'm not sure.

Wait, do they eat at all when they molt? Because she does eat, only when I connect the mealworm to her mouth. And I behead the worm and give her the gooey parts.

I tried feeding my mantis and she doesn't want to eat unless I put it up to her face, and that only happens on rare occasions. When I drop it near her, she just strikes at it, but that's it. Other times she runs away. What should I do?
