Yeah, I honestly think making the cultures is much easier, and then you don't have to worry about dealing with flying fruit flies escaping in your house and possibly becoming pests either, as all the ones sold as feeders are flightless, which definitely makes them easier to deal with, manage...- Sarah K

How often do you guys mist your ghost ooth?
No sure if anyone else has had issues with incubating ghost ooths at higher temperatures, but I have experienced lower hatch rates if incubation temps are above 80F. I have mine incubating between 77F and 78F and it seems to work well for me. Can someone chime in to confirm that they have had...- Sarah K

I mist my ghost ooth containers lightly everyday or every other day. Do not mist the ooth directly.- Sarah K
