    Hello from uk.

Thanks Rick  The one I had out so far didn't want to go back to his home,  he just wanted to stay on my hand. Just worried about them jumping but I'm guessing it'll be a little while before they can do that.

It won't allow me to upload, is there a daily size limit? The enclosure is already on a post from earlier though

    Miomantis Paykulli nymphs

Way smaller than I thought they were going to be, but they look healthy. Haven't handled them yet, although one ran onto my finger whilst transferring over, I don't want to stress them until they had settled in their new environment. Are they safe to handle? Don't want them jumping off and...

    L2 Nymph feeding

Thanks.  Thanks. There's still a couple of flies in the terrarium with them. Do you think it might he too big for them to hunt at such a young age? I'm trying to upload a photo of the day thwhre hanging, like their abdomen is dead weight in an upside down U shape, maybe just chilling.

Only one of my Miomantis Paykullii L2 nymphs have had one half of a fruitfly, how many should they be eating and how often?

They're both hanging upside down with their butts curved facing the ground, is that molting position?

    Miomantis Paykulli nymphs

My guys just arrived safe today, got one transferred to it's new habitat, the other I've left in the dish because it's busy chowing down on one of the flies included in the shopping container. I'm guessing it's happy & healthy if it's eating.

Just realised how stupid that was, they live on branches. Sleep deprived, just ignore me ?

The sticks sterile enough after being baked for less than 30 minutes? Should I sand the top layer off too? They were trimmed then cleaned by being sprayed with the hottest water from the shower then baked.

Final inspection, just sprayed with some bottles water, with a little boiling water to warm it slightly so it's cosy for when they get in,  they're at my local depot and it's cold. Will the branches go moldy? They were cleaned then baked for about 20 minutes so should be sterile.

    Hello from uk.

Much appreciated. These guys pretty tame by Mantis standards?

    Hi! Newbie from Missouri

That's good, at least I won't have to panic-buy a few vivariums to keep up ?

Have they passed the hatch time and rendered duds now? Can you keep the habitats within view of each other, or best to keep something between them as not to stress them?

I'll upload photos as soon as they arrive, should be before 1pm Saturday.

How long have they been waiting to hatch?

    Hi! Newbie from Missouri

Was that via parthenogenisis? Wonder how common it is for that to happen.

Almost forgot to ask, when the little guys get here, what's the protocol? Place their container in their new home, open, let them come out in their own time? How long before they should be handled?
