After I received him, right away I put in FF. He grabbed them and he was hungry. The next few days, he didn't seem interested even though the FF were right next to his face. Thanks for the input though (-: also forgot to mention: males of all mantids don't usually eat that much.

Thanks so much for looking into this! Yes he was the only boy, and the seller, well.. he doesn't usually respond. he may be busy though. I had already posted positive feedback for him.

thank you so much for the well wishes. as for the male you have, i think he might be getting towards his end point. the seller i bought my couple from said that they were ready to molt of age but the male's death was so unexpected.

UPDATE:  the male randomly fell from the lid of his enclosure for some reason i dont know. he didnt even bother getting back up. i ended his suffering by putting him in the freezer

ive never felt so heavy ever before. he has been with me for only 2 days. he started losing grip, then fell. it was like a mismolt. he doesnt deserve this at all. it was so random and sudden. :'(

no i didn't. it didn't want to eat. everytime i would offer it food, it would refuse it. it couldn't stand and walk properly too :(

Welcome.  P.S. all of the species you want to raise, all of us do too XD its very hard to come to all these species. theyre all rare in captivity, except maybe the cryptic mantis.

I thought that applied to all species haha, but yeah sure thing. I think she may soon to be lay an infertile ooth, so imma add a stick to her enclosure. but i thought they can still lay on the lid.
