    Pet co crickets?

I use Petco crix, without issue. Key is to gut load for 2-3 days prior to feeding, and observing to make sure they are healthy. I think PetSmart crickets are terrible though, far worse than Petco's stock.

    Parymenopus davisoni

I never had issues with 2 L3's in a 32oz cup, but apparently you have. If fed copiously, I feel that is ok, just have to keep an eye on them. BUt you are right, best bet is to seperate if you are uncomfortable.

how many more molts to expect

For females, wing buds can be seen for 2 molt cycles, so you most likely have an L5 female, so expect 2 more molts to adulthood.

2-3 can stay in a deli for the first 3 instars, after that seperate them. Cant say enough: HUMIDITY!!!! They need alot of it.

    home made housing

Speaking of, what sthe inner dimensions roughly of that lantern? You could prob house 2-3 ghosts in there and have a sweet living room piece or something. They also dont need high humidity, a big bonus!

    home made housing

besides the largest of species, 32 and 80oz tubs are more than fine for adults. I keep ghosts and orchids in 32's their whole lives with no issues or mismolts. Larger species like the BF's and others need at a minimum a 80oz, but I use the mesh cubes for them, I have 4, usually enough for what...

    Gut Load Goulash for Crickets

I just feed whatever greens I have for my dragon, orange cubes(flukers), and a dash of pollen/honey powder. Tons of ways to skin this cat, yours sounds more than fine though.

    My Gibraltar/Andalucia Spain trip photos

Not many Peter, we were chock full of activites so no real time to hunt. In Marbella i did indulge myself at low tide though, catching and admiring crabs, sea urchins, sea anemonies, and a giant sea cucumber! Yea that Ferrari was in less than ideal shapre, but being a car fan, snapped a few of...

Are there any easy to breed flying insects?

Flies? Nasty dirty flies are easy to breed. But who wants to do that? In the summer months its easy enough to find moths and bees and such.

Just A Little Challange to the thinking of inbreeding as bad...

Not to mention as a FF culture dwindles, smaller FF's are produced. I have an inkling that that is at the very least partly due to inbreeding......
