Hahaha that's sweet to say but I wouldn't be jealous! They're incredible and I love them so much! On the other hand, cleaning their cage & litter box daily is a commitment XD (yes theyre litter trained! I moved into a new place recently that I am blessed enough to have a "pet room".. But...

    Dubia roaches and flies

I actually was able to snag 100 dubias from the local repticon! They eat fruits and veggies (usually fresh) You want to stay away from high protein diets as it makes them release toxins that other insects / reptiles don't tolerate well usually. (cat / dog food is not good to feed them) They...

    Safe Molting Mantis Apartments

Hey! That's a neat idea! I may have to use that.. +1 to you my friend lol! Always keep in mind that mantis prefer Height, over floor space, so turning one sideways might benefit them :)  Either way its perfect, good job!

    Water Scale

    Brunners stick not eating

Sorry to hear about your new Brunners! As azblue said, you should really try hand feeding the mantis some kind of food. You can take a piece of raw chicken (as small as the mantis head) and just touch the mantis mouth.. they generally will dig in after that. You can also try honey even though...

There are so many misconceptions about bumblebees! Especially the one where they are super friendly, lol :) . How can you not love them though, and...
