Sooo true I totally agree. It was an old work van & the back windows would pop out slightly. I'd open them every once in awhile but with the temps they hatched in about a week tops. I misted daily. What works for one doesn't work for all.

Found a free solution... l decide to place the ooths in a vehicle I no longer drive in the daytime. I've done it in the past & its worked like a charm. Cant believe it took me so long to remember that. But I bring them in before the temperatures drop each night.

I have never been drawn to budwings because of their look but I'm a fan of active mantis so I might have to give a shot.

Never had one. Don't know why but I'm intrigued by the most abstract species!!! I guess they represent everything I haven't done or places I haven't been. Orchids are sooo beautiful with a hint of grace...I can watch them all day!!!!! The viciousness is an added bonus. Same goes for interest in...

By Eremiaphila being ground type I would think they'd one of the most active species right?

Is there a species that is more aggressive than others or does it just depend on the mantis?

She gets hot vet easily so we've always kept the temp lower than the weather outside. 68 isn't bad for current temps.

I have a 2 ghost & 1indian flower ooth I'm trying to hatch but the wife likes to keep the house cool (68F) what's a good energy efficient way to incubate my ooths? TV doesn't give off much heat & I have 4 little ones...all ideas are much appreciated.
