I got some mealworms and I'm wondering how common mantis infections caused by feeding mealworms are, and how can I tell if my mealworms are healthy and won't harm the mantises.

For those who don't know a week or two ago, I gave 2 of my mantises, a giant Asian and an orchid mantis new enclosures. I checked in on them and noticed how both were constantly cleaning themselves and acting irregularly. I took the orchid mantis out and saw this... I quickly removed them...

The average humidity and temperature of my area are 50%-60% and 70F-90F. I was wondering how I could keep a glass terrarium at about 30%-40% and a temperature of about 65F-70F.
