    None kept at present but had 6 ghosts, one female budwing one mystery mantis and a wild caught. Yeah about that dancing around the side yard  Never did catch that flying mantis dinner. LOL got too winded to keep up with it.  But it was fun while I was doing it.

    Traveling with mantids?

    The critter cage might work well if you lined the top with plastic screening or material like tolle. Very soft on the pads. Made several trips between Oklahoma and Maryland with gallons of tropical fish. Lol Mantis are so much easier to travel with.

    Feeding BB

    Not sure on last question. I only used bought flies when I could not catch wild here in Arkansas. Even in winter if the temp got above 50 for a few hours, we had flies. So maybe ordered flies twice to supplement for winter.      I was surprised at how bothered buying house flies got to me, LOL...
