Breeding houseflies with just chicken

I just came across this video. This guy makes it look so simple, all he used was a piece of chicken, no maintenance. Somebody should try this.

I've been telling everyone on this forum for a long while that there is no maintenance needed. I would think, though, that the rotten chicken smells a bit funky after two weeks!

He seems to be keeping it indoors on a shelf, it must not stink that bad or the enclosure is completely sealed.
