Can Popa eat crix?

Hello all, my popa spurca female just molted to L7 and is 2 inches long now, and I was just wondering, can I feed her crix or should I stick to flies? I don't want to put her life in danger so if crix aren't a good food for popa, I won't give her any

Yes you can feed her with crix.

i feed mine only on crix and there only L4/L5. hope this helps!
