Feeding after Shedding?

Hi,

My Orchid mantis just shed (the first one since I got her) and I was wondering how long I should leave it til I feed her. I've heard they're sensitive after shedding and so vulnerable. How long do you guys think is ok?

Try to feed them food a day or two after molting like Rick said, but also do not provide food that could cost harm to them like spiders, ants, crickets, wasps. Instead use flies, moths, butterflies. All the best.

I don't know how old your orchid is, but I had orchids eat half a day after molting. Of course, you don't have to feed so soon.
