hello is there a plant that can eat small flys i keep getting them in my beetle and millipede setups and i can't get rid of them

 
Get a mantis!

I do hatch chinese mantids but without a constant supply of flys they die and im not adding more in there the maggots would kill beetles and larvae.

V fly traps are only good for large flys they would not feel a f fly to shut.

Thank you so much I will try the Drosera capensis they look like the sort of thing im after :D

Just ordered some Drosera capensis, Drosera capensis Alba, Drosera madagascariensis

D. capensis is a good one. However, really any sundew or butterword will eat those little bitty flies.

Butterwords tend to be a little more difficult to keep alive, though, so stick with the sundew (pun intended).

In addition to capensis, you can try binata, fillaformis, rotundifolia, intermedia or spatulata...just to name a few.
