Anyone know how hot is TOO hot for Heterochaetes? My reason is I want to make a large enclosure for mine which are getting larger, but wanted to put it on my enclosed patio. Live in Ft Lauderdale and heat indexes are still up to 98.

Since they're from African grasslands - any ideas? Is this TOO hot still?

Thanks!!!

chaeta can do well in room temps but you should have a low wattage cfl hanging up top to attract prey and offer them a bit of a warm spot. The whole cage shouldnt be regulated and heated precisely unless you do want to cook them there should be a cool spot for them in the cage too... Also sticks sticks sticks.. Your chaeta will drop without them
