Mantid maturity

Hey just wondering when is it that mantids are considered to be "adults"? My chinese mantids just shed into their wings so im just wondering if there old enough to breed or if i should wait for another molt or two.

Once they have gained their wings they are adults and will not shed anymore. I would wait a week or two before breeding since it can take some time for them to get the urge and their pheromones pumping.
