Multiple mating

Sorry if i missed this.

The female and male made their last molt about 3 weeks ago.

Over the weekend i put a few crickets in the cage, female grabbed two, and i introduced the male.

Since I was busy over the weekend i never took the male out i just popped more crickets in the netcube. It seems like they mated maybe 4-5 times..........or at least they were stuck together on 4 or 5 separate occasions.

Does this mean there was a problem or is the more the better?

Should i remove the male?

I would remove him unless you want to lose him. They can mate multiple times. Won't be a problem.

Like Rick said, he probably connected a few times...which isn't bad but good

Take him out asap before he becomes the nutrients for his fertilized eggs...
