Orange clumps

They could be harmless mites or debris or something not to really worry about unless the mantis has them covering it up like a coat or something then worry!

 
Pollen or mites. Especially if you had the mantid sitting on a flower that was infested or pollinating.
Yeah. If you have flowers with orange pollen, that's probably what it is (worked that out all by myself!), but if you don't and if you have any dead crtters like crix in the enclosure, they can be orange mites which like to scavenge dead stuff. Let us know! If orange mites they won't do any harm, but they look odd.

I think it's pollen guys! I make sure my mantids eat their fruit flies and I've put them on flowers so I'm pretty sure it's pollen.
