Are there any tricks to keeping the humidity at a constant ? I am misting 2 x day but notice I lose the humidity in between. Jungle bed is the substrate and that is supposed to hold moisture

you can do what we do in the dart frog hobby and use glass enclosures but with fans on timers to maintain air exchange without sacrificing humidity. Or if you want to keep your screen cages you can get a fogger and put it on a timer
