I'm waiting to aquire a pair of sub adult violins, i've heard the stories about thev last molt being the hardest, i've set up a terrium heat lamp variances fall with in Brians care sheet kind of scared as this is my firt trip into a real exotic specie just wondering if the were any hints from others so i can take very good care of my new pets.

They're easy. I put them in Live Monarch net cubes 12x12. Mist once per day and give them extra heat because they like it HOT. Feed them flying foods such as moths and bluebottle flies. Sit back and enjoy. Don't freak out, these are not hard. I had few issues with them.

What's the word on keeping them communally? I've read that cannibalization is unlikely, but has been observed?

Edit: Never mind, I used the search function like a good boy & found my answer.
Has been observed but is rare. I never had an issue keeping them together. When adult I seperated into male and female.
