Why is my mantis vomiting dark grayish fluid?

She's vomited twice now. On my arm and all over herself. Is this normal??I took picture of the vomit( circled) on her.

It's not uncommon. I suggest skipping feeding for several days and offering plenty of water by spraying some droplets near her mouth. I wouldn't worry much about it unless she starts vomiting black fluid. Good luck.
