I think several people here are maxed out level 99 mantis lords. Asking an entomology professor who specialized in mantids would be the exact same thing. One of them is bound to hold that rare mantis id knowledge in their head. It is really cool looking.

Better make sure you breed her if she's that cool. Personality, and behavior are genetic. Like with those Foxes that got domesticated. The only trait they selected for was liking humans, and now google them. They're all fluffy, and different colored, but they all love humans. Not sure this...

Definitely interested, but I'm too much of a nerd for the level of intensity, and dedicated training it requires. Plus I could never justify smashing my face, and teeth in against a wall just because it's cool, and fun until that point. Wish I could though. It really does seem super cool.

Those Buffalo worms sound great. I keep forgetting about them. The two times I've tried mealworms they were partially eaten, and tossed away. Haven't tried supers.

I totally hate them too. Stuff can get behind them, and they have that little gap up top that geckos seem to always hide in waiting to jump out. Plus they aren't great looking. Much better to make your own background.

Looks like it would definitely need more ventilation. Aside from that awesome. I plan on making some mantis vivs myself in the near future. Oh, and I would also recommend a cleanup crew. Like maybe some isopods. Just to eat all the mold, and fungus, and such.
