Hello my name is Patrick. I am 15, I like sports and animals, I play lacrosse so if anyone ever wants to chat about that I would love to have a conversation, I dont own ay mantis yes bet am looking for ghosts (cant decide for an ooth or breeding pair give me your opinion if you dont mind), I have been facisnated with bugs and animals since I could remember, and I have two baby chameleons one ambilobe male and a veiled. :) Guess thats all, Bye.

If your just starting with mantis I would go with some nymphs L2 or older is better as new Born's can be a little more tricky, mortality rate can be high right out of the ooth( L1).

 
nice to see you over here Yoshi. Welcome to the forum.

I think Ghosts make a great starter mantid. I prefer to start out with young nymphs as you get to see them at most if not all of the stages of development. not that breeding pairs are a bad start, but it may be easyer to learn about the insect better if you get to care for them from an early stage.

Thanks everyone I'm looking into getting an ghost ooth so if anyone has one they want to sell let me know!
