Hey mate for my mantids I just use a regular desk lamp & a heat globe (using a lamp with a lower max wattage will reduce the life of the globe though) It is a cheap option that you can use for now. You probably want 75+ watt heat bulb, depending on how hot it is where you are already.

I don't know about professional set ups though as I only need very minor heating for my species I am currently keeping.
