Im in the throws of trying to mate my mega pair. Never tried a large sp. like this.
In fact, ive only paired orchids twice, and what comes of that is still to be seen.

Mine were unusually easy. I aged my females. Two months out of molt for one. Males were 3 to 4 wks, I have to check my records to remember.
I fed everyone up really well, and the males just did their thing. I put them on a well-watered and well-misted hibiscus plant under a ceramic heat element. I targeted 25 to 30°C. Both males stayed connected for several hours. When they disconnected, I peeled the males off (they were nervous I guess) and put them back into their cups.
Now im looking for ooths. Maybe another week or two, I dont know.
I've never bred anything before (besides my wife). We'll see.
