Ponder's Molt

Ponder molted last night to L4 ! It was a textbook transition. Very relieved. Nikki doesn't know what all the fuss is about -- she huffed: when she molted in the wild there were creatures of every kind looking to eat her during the process. Ponder was in a humidity and temperature-controlled condo, completely isolated from predators. I gave her a cocktail to calm her down. Later on, she fell backwards in her terrarium and began to shout swear words.

Congrats digger Hearing about you and your mantids always brightens my day. Just keep Nikki stuffed with honey and she'll stop whining haha. I hope everything goes well for little Ponder in the future. dont forget it'll take 24 hours or so before they're ready to eat.
