Site down? Blocked addess?

Was this site down for a bit? I haven't been able to get on. I get the impression that my address is blocked. I had to do a trick to get this to come up so I could post here. Does anybody know who I could contact as to why I cannot seem to access this forum without implementing a technique to do so? If I just browse normally the forum will not load even though I am clearly able to ping this location.

No issues here. I am not aware of any problems right now. Nobody else has mentioned anything. Probably something on your end.

The site was down toward the end of November. But nothing lately.

I don't mean this to sound condescending, and you have probably already tried this.

But try reloading the page.

The site WAS down. And if you first encountered problems then, your browser might be loading pages from it's memory and not actually getting pages from the site.
