Inevitably some will die off, but you can control that to an extent. Many people just accept that nature is a for those first weeks and let everyone live communally until L3-L5 (varies with species). Others will separate them early on. Honestly though unless you are dealing with really aggressive species, communal living for the first few instars has very little cannibalism... like maybe five per hundred, and something is usually wrong with the eaten (crippled, etc).So I am looking at shprodomantis bacetti but I was wondering what do people do if they breed them and get 100's of babies do some die off? Do some get eaten? I am curios
