Where do you get lasius niger?

Hello, my friend wants some lasius Niger and I was just curious where you can get them for relatively cheap. Also where can you get cheap acrylic?

You may find some on Ebay.uk but I do not know if a queen Ant with 5+ workers are cheap.... :huh:

You can get a much larger variety from them there over and above the Lasius niger if you want...

Thanks although I checked there and I was just curious if there were any other places. Also has anyone had experience with lasius flavus? If so where can you get them? Or any species like the lasius niger but which have more than one queens in colony.

Lasius niger is the most common ant in the UK in most everyones garden. However they are also available on ebay for £7.00.

I know they are the most common ant although you would need a queen to make a colony so would have to destroy the whole ant nest and also try to find the queen in the many complicated burrows, it would be quite difficult unless you're lucky.
