I've been wanting to order a butterfly cage and put an orchid plant in it for my orchid mantis. Would be nice. Would also require a compact fluorescent to keep the plant alive but you'd have to keep the bulb far so you don't cook the mantis. My chameleons benefit from eating their ficus trees...

Beautiful! Nice work! They don't grip anything well on my end! Complete opposite of those Limbata or whatever it is we found in the yard. That is a very good looking mantis though you have there. Love those thick antennae.

Mantis place sells the fly pupae! I think they are on backorder right now but something tells me she'll have more soon. Some of my larger mantis will take Hydei when I'm out of pupae. Even the larger violins will. Also crickets will do for backup until your pupae come in.
